How to influence as a PhD student:

1. Influence through your institution's representatives. The board meets at least four times a year, and the course plan and reading list are discussed and updated yearly.

2. Influence through your feedback after seminars and forums. The participants will receive a questionnaire after each event. The feedback is used to improve the quality of the training and to adjust the format of the seminars and forums.

3. PhD students can also influence through dialogue with the fellow´s representatives (elected in June) and by attending the yearly fellow´s meeting (all fellows will receive an invitation).

In addition, every three years an expanded evaluation that also includes supervisors and relevant representatives of the participating institutions will take place. Every six years a more extensive evaluation that includes external peers takes place. Institutions with research fellows participating in the research school will be given access to the results of the evaluations.
