This page offers a research diary on the project HALL12 - Encounter Activism, initiated by Breg Horemans and Gert-Jan Stam (founders of TAAT) in collaboration with Liga Zepa, Ieva Dzindza, Menzo Kircz, Israel López, Efrosini Tsiritaki and Jenny Case. The project is based on minimum 20 silent walks, staged as 20 encounters, between people that have never met before. The walks are taking place in Athens, Brussels, Dundee, Amsterdam and Riga between June and December 2020. This page gathers images, texts, theoretical reading, sketches and audience feedback on all the encounters. It's a research environment to share experiences within our team and to continue building on the iterative discourse on our practice from HALL11 onwards.
