4) Foyer

 

The Foyer is a 347 square meters big, asymetrically shaped space with concrete floors and ceiling-high glass windows overlooking the KUG campus. It connects all the other spaces described above. Technical equipment can be set up upon request.

1) Ligeti hall


The ligeti hall is a 500 square meters concert hall provided with state-of-the-art technology in particular for sound and video projection. Its floor consists of a series of pedestral elements that, by means of individual motos, can be positioned at different heights in order to realize adaptable topologies. The hall is equipped with a system of 29 loudspeakers mounted on independent, custom made motorized suspensions, which allow to adjust height level, azimuth angle and tilt of each individual speaker and to compose custom individual speaker layouts. Further, an array of 64 speakers, which may be adressed individually, spans the hall`s entire ceiling and upper walls.

2) Rehearsal space


The rehearsal space is a 270 square meters space that is used for orchestra rehearsals and smaller concerts. It has steps in the audience area and variable seating. By default, it is equipped with a stereo loudspeaker setup, stage lights and a video projector. Additional technical equipment can be set up upon request.

 3) Rehearsal stage

 

The rehearsal stage is a 225 square meters space that is usually used for theatre rehearsals. It is located on the third floor of the mumuth. By default, it is equipped with stage lights. Additional technical equipment can be set up upon request.
