 _____ PARTICIPATION FEES

Conference fees are applicable according to the following categories:

• HIGH LEVEL: €230,00 Participants without individual or institutional SAR membership.
   
• MID LEVEL: €150,00 Participants from SAR institutional member organisations.
  To register in this category, you must use your institutional email address.
   
• LOW LEVEL: €60,00 Participants who are individual SAR members without institutional affiliation and employment or students. To register in this category, you must be an individual SAR member without art-related institutional employment or have a copy of a valid student card in order to receive your registration credential at the conference
   

Please double-check if your institution is a member of SAR according to the list of institutional members.
You may apply for membership in SAR through the membership application form. 

Kindly be aware that both individual and institutional SAR members must have paid the 2023 annual fee before the conference. 

Conference fees are to be paid in Euros via Eventbrite. This processing software allows a variety of online payments.

The registration fee includes access to all sessions, two lunches, coffee/tea breaks, and the welcome reception. 
Dinner is not included in the conference fee. 
 

Please note that the SAR General Assembly (GA) 2024 will take place at the Fontys Academy of the Arts on April 11 at 14:30. It is open for SAR Institutional Members’ nominated representatives as well as individual members.

Note: Registration and conference fees are mandatory for every participant, including the members of the SIGs (Special Interest Groups).

_____ ACCESSIBILITY

The SAR Forum organisers are committed to providing an event that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability. However, it may not be possible to offer all access requirements at every location, and we therefore recommend that you check the location setting ahead of time. 

Public Space: In Tilbrug, roads and sidewalks are in most places wheelchair friendly. However, there are cobbled streets and narrow pavements in some of the older parts of the city, which can be difficult to use with a wheelchair and/or for individuals with walking difficulties and for the blind and partially sighted. Wheelchairs and similar aids can be taken free of charge on public transportation. The event uses the English language.
