Place to Action! Art that Inteferes

The course Place to Action - Art that Interferes is motivated and inspired by places. More specifically: the histories, contexts, narratives, situations, circumstances and people’s interactions and intra-actions and relationships with locations, which form places. Lingering in places with attention, listening to them and experimenting the possible ways of movement within them. These attentive gazes of places will initiate interdisciplinary artistic actions and interventions that aim to explore and reflect the possibilities of art to interfere. Here on this exposition the group will share their findings and actions.

So, the week after online meeting and feedbacks sessions, just before Corona Lockdowns and restrictions hitted again, I was really motivated to get access to either a ballet classroom or either there massive theater/ auditorium.

I manage ( pictures bellow) to some degree, to have an tour of differents dance classrooms, making me go from conservatory of the Hague, in the first place, to Amare back again.

But really, the accesibility of the building, for students, so far is not easy, and I faced a lot of "no sorry, we can not let you in multiple times, you are from the KABK, not KC, and plus the corona situation you know...." Ahun....I guess I just don't have the project or the budget you could be interested by don't you?

I might be just annoyd right now, no offence Amare, nor KC ! :)
