Following on from my topic on the doublet, we can ask ourselves some more global questions, which is as follows:

     Why is fashion only studied through the representation of the elite, the richest classes, and not the lower classes?

     Why, in the study of fashion, is there a lack of consideration and repression of the lower classes, and how is the conception of fashion gradually evolving?
