CASE STUDY

proposed narration

visual sketches done by Laura Adel with three different performers

Magda Niedzielska

Magda says that she feels as if she is dancing with a partner. The interactive environment acts as a sovereign entity, sensitive to co-creation with humans. Furthermore, the dancer refers to sensations related to the awareness of her body. She mentions using different movements, exploring elsewhere than usual.

Wioleta Fiuk

Wioleta also danced with a prototype of the installation. Just like Magda, she noted a shift in the perception of her own movements. She felt guided by the interactive image. Movements that she had previously discovered took on a different dynamic, and their rhythm changed.

Patryk Gacki

Patryk is another dancer, choreographer, and artist who experienced the prototype of the installation. His actions were characterized by a greater distance and an emotionally detached approach to creation. He sought aesthetic values conveyed by the interactive image. He used his movement as a probe, exploring the possibilities of technology laid out before him.
