Walking around outside and in the building, I was actively looking for "gaps" -- or, at least things I might consider to be a gap. What proceeded was a progression of words and thoughts as they emerged during my exploration and discovery ...

While on this "discovery walk," I allowed myself to submit to witness and experience whatever it was that I encountered. When visually observing the gaps, I also engaged with the senses, acknowledging what else was happening in the moment. This sensorial experiencing also guided the flow and momentum of my discovery walk, noticing whatever called to my attention, resisting the urge to choreograph and construct my journey, but allowing for more of an improvisational exploration.
