COLLABORATION

During our process, we collaborated closely together. We work from a co-creative environment, where there is plenty of room for dialogue, vulnerability, reflection, and enriching perspectives. With our three different backgrounds, we both complement and challenge each other. We don’t work in defined roles, but fluidly divided tasks and responsibilities. By breaking down silos, everybody feels not only connected to the process but to each other. We draw inspiration from LUMBUNG and COLLECTIVE WISDOM.

Starting to collaborate as a roller coaster: joyful and scary.  Does my collaboration flow? Am I a good team player? Is my ego on the way? How does my personal life affect my artistic research and my collaborators? ...is this friendship (beyond collaboration)?

Collaboration and Mental Health

There is no collaboration if there is no understanding among the team members.  Each one of us faces different personal situations that put the project either on hold or in slow motion but at a steady pace.
