Dr. Neil Ewins is senior lecturer at Faculty of Arts, Design and Media, University of Sunderland.
Dr. Neil Ewins has been Fellow of the Society of Antiquaries of Scotland, since 1987, and studied History of Art and Design at Staffordshire University, graduating in 1989. Immediately after graduating he was appointed as an Assistant Keeper of Ceramics at the Potteries Museum, Stoke-on-Trent. This was followed by a variety of lecturing posts teaching Art and Design History. He has been a full-time lecturer in design history and contextual studies since 1998.
