Conversion Using Handbrake

step 1: download Handbrake from https://handbrake.fr  (this program is free and contains no advertisements)

             install it by dragging the application into your Application folder

step 2: Open handbrake and click Open Source button, locate your video.

 

step 3: Select the preset Fast 720p30

(you may also turn on Web Optimized function, but this is not essential).

5. Here you can find you transcoded file:

step 4:  click start and conversion will begin!

tip: conversion takes a lot of calculation, so you may want to connect your power supply :-)

step 5: the file will be stored in the location shown at the right bottom of Handbrake program (To:)
