First I thought about research something more controversial in a obvious sense: Maurizio Cattelan' sculpture called

L.O.V.E.

hmmm... no, not the romantic love. The other L.O.V.E, the one that is an acronym for "Libertà, Odio, Vendetta, Eternità" ("Freedom, Hatred, Revenge, Eternity") kind of L.O.V.E.

But I remembered he was the Banana's artist, and I thought it could be too controversial talking about any of his pieces.

Yeah, this one! The f*** capitalism kind of Love

CASE OF STUDY

Then I tought I should pick a case of study about an artist from Latin America, because I did my master there, and maybe could be something new for you, and more interesting.

Ruth Vigueras Bravo?(Mexico)

Regina José Galindo? (Guatemala)

Ana Sofia Camarga? (Panama)

Erika Diettes? (Colombia)

Lola Duchamp? (Equador)

Giuseppe Campusano? (Peru)

Maria Galindo? (Bolivia)

Lotty Rosenfeld? (Chile)

River Memory Collective? (Argentina)

Or maybe from Brazil?

Urban Imaginaries? (Ceará)

Prophetic Signpost? (Bahia)

America news? (Minas Gerais)

Colo Project?(Rio de Janeiro)

Afro Relax? (Rio Grande do Sul)

Finally I decided to talk about a a performance art project from the Visual Artist Ana Teixeira, called Listening to Love Stories. It's a project similar to mine in relation to the format and possibilities of execution.

Therefore, this research would allow me to compare the case study with my own practice and also reflect on what possibilities there might be for commissioning and curating my own project in the public space.
