SCORE FOR THE PRACTICE OF VOICING OBSERVATION

- Take time to become aware of your own body, remaining closely in touch with this experience throughout the practice.

-  Center the focus of your attention on the other practices that are active now within the Ecology in Action.

- Become aware of the unfolding of these practices by observing them aesthetically: be sensibly and emotionally in touch with them; let them resonate in your body.

- Allow the experience of observation to find a linguistic (yet non-propositional) form, giving voice to by speaking out loud.

- Remain in touch with the object/focus or exploration, the direct experience of one’s own body and the experiential presence of others as a sensory-perceptual event. When this quality of attention fades, then pause or stop the process, or transition to a different practice (e.g. Practice of Reading).

- The Practice Voicing Observation might be activated from the position of the Practice of Stepping Back, that is, moving from just observing to an attempt to voice that experience in language.
