SCORE FOR THE PRACTICE OF VIDEO OBSERVATION FROM A PHYSICAL SOURCE

- Use a video camera (or mobile phone camera) in your hand (in other explorations: fix it on your body.)

- Choose a place to be.

- Become aware of your situated body.

- Observe the different circulating relational scales of proximity sphere to distance.

- Let your body find its (micro)movements in relation and let it evolve in its own temporality.

- Use the camera of your mobile phone as an extention of your moving body.

- Observe the images that arise by chance through your camera, while you still sense your moving body.

- Follow your curiosity and place the camera on different parts of your body.

- Let the rising images move you.

- Stay with your observation until the impulse ends, then close your camera.

- Let the experience echo into your ‘aesthetic thinking’.

- Wait until the next positioning starts to open the camera again.
