SCORE FOR THE PRACTICE OF ATTUNEMENT
- Decide on a timeframe for practising the Practice of Attunement.
- Take time to become aware of your own body and your breath in relation to the space and site that you are in.
- Choose a practice for attunement – depending on the requirements of the situation and your bodily needs. This might involve selecting a somatic practice from your own repetoire of practices. If this is going to be a shared or guided practice, agree on the specific practice together. For example, it could involve activating and energising, slowing down and balancing, or centering and opening.
- If you are practising with others, then one person might invite the practice with a clear and calm voice.
- Relate the pace of guidance to the pace of the active body.
- Take a moment to observe of your body after the Practice of Attunement and before you start to practise an Ecology in Action.
