Mohamed A. Gawad is an editor and a filmmaker based in Cairo. He holds an MFA in Cinematic Arts and is currently pursuing a PhD at Kunstakademiet i Trondheim, NTNU. His works were screened in festivals and art spaces including Berlinale, Internationale Kurzfilmtage Oberhausen, Shnit Film Festival, Les Instants Vidéo Numériques et poétiques, HKW and Whitechapel Gallery.
