- Before the meeting:
you will be asked whether you agree to use your face, voice for online publication.
- After the meeting:
you will be provided a copy of the video for review. You have the right to make edits and modifications to the video content.
- During video publication:
I will record a video and upload it to the online platform, providing a brief introduction to this project and telling the audience to respect each participant when leaving comments.
- After publication:
I will monitor online comments regularly, and delete inappropriate comments.
At SuperShe Islands, each participant will have the opportunity to share their personal narratives as women. Hence, Prior to the event, we encourage you to bring anything you wish to share:
It could be your own stories, life experiences, work, hobbies, or even written texts, books, films, audio recordings, photographs. You may also choose to discuss recent news, current topics, or pose questions to fellow women. Anything is open for sharing!
If you're not sure where to start, you can consider the following prompts:
- What has happened recently in my life? What am I currently interested in? What challenges am I currently facing?
- How do these things relate to my female identity?
- From a female perspective, do I hold any special viewpoints on these matters?
Throughout the entire process, you role will be:
- A sharer, with enough time to share and discuss any topic you want.
- A listener, genuinely attentive to other female. There is no need to assume that we are all alike or to strive for immediate resonance with one another. While resonance can be wonderful, it is equally important to acknowledge and respect our differences.
- A participant, encouraged to expand, connect, and delve into broader discussions when each woman brings forth different topics.
During the process, you will:
- Introduce yourself (1 minutes)
- Provide a brief introduction of yourself
- An individual possesses multiple identities within society (for example, you may identify as a student at a specific institution, someone's daughter, or the author of a particular work.) During the event, you have the freedom to disclose the identities that you wish to convey to the attendees.
- Everyone gets a chance to speak (3 minutes)
- Why did you choose to attend this event?
- What kind of space do you hope this to be?
- What do you expect to gain from this conversation?
- Share what you wish to share and listening to other female, engaging in discussions (10 minutes)
- After sharing, try posing questions to prompt responses from fellow women (e.g., What are your perspectives? Have you had similar experiences? Did you enjoy the story? Why?)
- Sharing your feelings in this meeting (5 minutes)
Welcome to SuperShe Islands, an online space for females. We are dedicated to fostering a network of friendships and mutual support among diverse females, creating an inclusive, open, collaborative, and egalitarian space for female exchange. We extend a warm invitation to all women to join us here, to share the present expressions of our own narratives, and contemplations.

- 分享你想分享的事情，并倾听其他女性，展开讨论（10 min）
- 在分享后尝试抛出问题，引导其他女性对你的回应（比如：你们的看法是什么？你们也有过类似的经历吗？你们喜欢这个故事吗？为什么？）
- 谈一谈你在这次会议中的感受（5 min）
在这里，每位参与者都将有机会分享自己作为女性的故事和想法。因此，我们鼓励你带着任何想分享的事物来：
这可以是你自己的故事、生活、工作、爱好，也可以是一段文字、一部电影、一段音频、一张照片，甚至可以是最近的新闻、话题、或是你想问其他女性的问题。总之，任何事情都是可以分享的！
