Following the positive result with the black and white film, by a desire to push the boundaries, the next experiment was using Bokashi, the composting chemical, as a replenisher agent to enhance the C-41, a formula used for developing colour-negative film. The outcome exceeded my expectations. A tone of deeply saturated blue appeared in the pictures, together with a magenta among the midtones. Nevertheless, uncertainty lingers, for the slide film was of the tungsten variety, necessitating further experimentation. Yet, one cannot help but embrace the wondrous aspect of nature: its captivating embrace of randomness.
