Inspired by Lean's philosophy, we have developed a workshop concept where the construction of a tree is included. Does the tree grow or die during your process? When you meet as a group, remeber to take a look at the tree. Give the tree fertilizer when needed. If you pay no attention to the tree, it might die or grow wild, just what might happen if you only focus on your project, and forget to pay attention to your group and the group members.
