About the Open Form festival:
The festival revolves around interpretation of Open form works and aspects related to this part of experimental music.
The festival holds performances, open rehearsals, workshops, seminars, and lectures.


Artistic leader and initiator: Else Olsen S. (NMH), in collaboration with Mia Göran (UiO), Magnus Andersson (UiO), Andreas Engström(S)(Nutida Musik), nyMusikk and Oslo National Academy of the Arts, amongst others.


In 2007, Christin Wolff was festival guest and composer. He participated as a performer in both his own works and related works by John Cage, Cornelius Cardew, and world premieres by Norwegian composers.
