2. Not-knowing (without any guidline of academic knowledge)

Thereby, natural knowledge is in the scope of it, e.g. intuition

3. The issue of Kant's Cartesian notion, we can challenge to solve through the perspective of neuroscience and molecular biology today in the practical exploring. i.e. the subject of tast, such as on ecstasy. Thereby we don't need to have sex or take the drug for awakening, because the terms are in memory, affection, and so on, in the main subject of "consciousness". So that I have explored pain till March 2020, before the corona-pandemic in 2020. -> Wittgenstein (I claim that the academcians as well as art academics in the old generation, they are format, is an old format already.)

Kant's Cartesian notion, is the first format, today's Kant is evoluted. It was the aim of Kant, so his account is an open account. It calls an "openness" academically. Kant's account is Kant's openness towards autonomous potentiality.

In the artistic research, this exposition is, I explore in the context of transverse aesthetics from the aspect of an artist, at the same time, that is in the research field of empirical aesthetics, which depends on the research topics and method by the researchers.

*Pneuma:

Das Pneuma (griechisch "πνεῦμα", heute "pnéwma" ausgesprochen, „der Geist“, „Hauch“, „die Luft“, vergleiche etwa Pneumologie oder Pneumatik) weist Bezüge zum Geist auf.

Pneuma (πνεῦμα) is an ancient Greek word for "breath", and in a religious context for "spirit" or "soul". It has various technical meanings for medical writers and philosophers of classical antiquity, particularly in regard to physiology, and is also used in Greek translations of the Hebrew Bible and in the Greek New Testament.

Minimalism looks simple and easy at first glance. But it is a mistake to think "I understand", thereby, one thinks that "I can do it, and one starts to imitate it.". It means that one is stupid. (This idea in the education through minimalism is the version of the Traditional Japanese Culture)

The contemporary version relates to cognitive neuroscience and neuroscience for All IQ. Also against Dementia, etc.

Concept, Video recording and Editing, Sound recouding and composition, Text and Translation by Erika Matsunami, Berlin, 2021

Video recording and Sound recouding were in Berlin, Brandenbrug, Rostock in Germany, Denmark, and Sweden, between 2014–2021, probably it will be recorded in 2022.

According to Kant, the judgment of taste is therefore not a judgment of knowledge.
The judgement by Kant is a kind of awareness, but an objective way (outer world).

Minimalism is a subjective way. To know own in the environment is a kind of awareness (inner world). In minimalism, to appreciate the artwork is for brain training (perception and knowledge). So, I don't need to show my intelligence through my artwork, there is no norm of art as an intellectual object, rather the artwork is a reflection of nature (including society).

From the aspect of digital photographic technique:

There are two focuses on this image "Untitled 2020". Most sharpness is on the top of the diamond and reflected the sky through the window (in the original, we can see the reflection of the window.), which is an empty space in this image. I transformed it into another space on a two-dimensional surface. The sharpness of digital photography might be possible to create a dot.

Therefore, I am exploring the attention theory of Wollheim, and the philosophy of digital photography from the aspect of critical theory after Vilém Flusser.

George Kubler and the Biological Metaphor of Art

Bence Nanay

George Kubler was one of the most important art historians of the twentieth century who is especially relevant today mainly for shifting the emphasis from high art to what is now known as ‘visual culture’ and for being the first genuinely global art historian. But what he has been most widely known for is the rejection of the biological metaphor of art—the general idea that artistic styles and movements grow, flower and then wither away. I argue that Kubler did not in fact reject the biological metaphor of art but rather replaced a pre-Darwinian biological metaphor with a  post-Darwinian one which bears remarkable similarities to Ernst Mayr’s concept of population thinking, developed at the same time that Kubler wrote The Shape of Time. Importantly, taking Kubler’s post-Darwinian biological metaphor seriously can help us to understand his distinctive art-historical explanatory scheme.

1. Introduction

George Kubler’s The Shape of Time is considered to be one of the most important books of twentieth-century art history. And not just for historical reasons. Of all the art historians of the twentieth century, the one who is most relevant for the present debates in art history is not Wolfflin or Gombrich or Panofsky—it is Kubler. The reason for this is threefold. First, Kubler was the first art historian who consistently broadened the scope of arthistorical research from objects that are or were at some point considered to be art to a much more universal domain that is known today as ‘visual culture’. The general idea is that when it comes to the study of historical changes in style and visual sensibility, we should not restrict our analysis to paintings exhibited in select art museums but also pay attention to objects that are not quite museum materials, including playing cards, commercial advertising or doodles. Kubler very explicitly down-plays ‘art’ in ‘art history’. Art history for him is the history of man-made objects (some of which some people consider art). And this is exactly the attitude of recent studies of ‘visual culture’.1

(...)

3. Population ThinkingErnst Mayr was one of the founding fathers of modern evolutionary biology. He is one of the main figures of the so-called ‘Modern Evolutionary Synthesis’, the move of combining Darwin’s theory of natural selection with modern genetics. He is also a very philosophical biologist, who wrote articles and even books that are much closer to philosophy of biology than to biology proper.Like Kubler (see his first argument), Mayr took uniqueness to be a very important as-pect of human life. But he argued that uniqueness is just as important in biology. As he says: ‘The more I study evolution, the more I am impressed by the uniqueness, by the unpredictability, and by the unrepeatability of evolutionary events.’18

Thereby questions are, What is nature? What is "environment"? What is "being"? It's a complex world, can you logical describe it without using the computer as a tool and without decorative expression simply in terms of today's knowledge?

The objective(s) in this practical exploring model x is the question(s) for our nature, between tradition and modernity on time-perception, including the topic of ageing, which applies for everyone. Thereby "x" is individuality. What I would like to solve, that is "potentiality" in the context of molecular biology philosophically, what is it for us humans?. Does it relate to our ability?

However, I don't know, whether I can solve these questions in the arts. I don't think that I can do it. Because the level of the proposition is the Nobel peace prize 2021. That is just my challenge. – After 30 years later, today

-> What did Einstein say about quantum mechanics?

Albert Einstein famously said that quantum mechanics should allow two objects to affect each other's behaviour instantly across vast distances, something he dubbed “spooky action at a distance”1. Decades after his death, experiments confirmed this.

"Contradiction" in my research context is the opposite of the notion of Emanuele Severino in his philosophical thought, i.e. on eternity.

Because of my origin, "I was born in Hiroshima in 1963." This means that this city "Hiroshima" in 1945 by the atomic bombing has the negative basis since then by the radioactive. It was the "negative" foundation in the reality, it was the new beginning of this city. Practically, it was effected as the decentralization of urban-planing, communication, as well as the social system, also for our notion of life and death, being of human at the philosophical level.

I call it "dispositive", and practically, I explore it on "dispositive" as x in my artwork. Because we can never know and determine its environmental effect for us. That is eternity, which is not at the humans mental level of "being", and it is our reality and nature.

Severino's essence of Nihilism is rather a kind of optimism in the Western culture towards the reality in nature, even if its origin (cause) was an artificial act by the humans.

Why human would fall into madness? One factor is the environment (milieu). When a person falls into madness, a person cannot recognise since when a person fell madness, that a part of a nature of a person.–towards "Madness" in Sevarion's philosophical thought.

The second factor is Brain disease. Psychology cannot research without your/my body independently, such as the relationship with the neuron system at the molecular biological level.

All humans might possible to fall into "madness" and cannot be discussed at the cultural level only.

As for his "madness", it is rather justification of madness, that was his research aim at the ethical level, how "madness" would be involved in the Western culture philosophically (from 'positive') as a whole of humanity, that means objectivity, was towards the research of the contepmorary law on "being" of human in metaphysics.–Between Tradition and Modernity

My transposition on "nothingness" and "being" of human in Sevarino's thesis, that is human unconscious status, such as in the case of Brain death in the contemporary law.

Sevarino did not work on pluralism. His research position is rather with the distance of Spinoza, as well as Leibniz, and Hegel.

From my research view, Leibniz, as well as Hegel, worked on Idealism, in the case of Leibniz, was his Monadology, however, Leibniz has explored the equation together with Newton. Probably, it is based on Servarion's philosophical thought.

There is no doubt that it (Monadology) was an important foundation of the Western patriarchal system philosophically.

The keyword is for (re)search and analysis, it does not mean "A is heritage.", also it does not mean "Hertiage is high art.".

On Aristoteles's - body, philosophical notion and functionality in the environment. At the time, the human was the important manpower for the infrastructure, it was contemplated the same as an animal, as well as energy and engine of mechanics by the authority and by human-selves. I grasp his notion as a procedure of human evolution in the environment, and as a philosophical awareness of humans.

Since I reached this photo series, and I recognized it in sense, so I can understand the academic papers in terms of contemporary philosophy from the perspective of the 21st-century step by step, about what they argue.

"Substance and Function & Einstein's Theory of Relativity", Ernst Cassirer, 1923

A notion of time in the environment

"regenerate" and "generated" mean not repeatedly, I attempted it in this choreography, is an account of minimalism.

"To generate", Generation is the production of an object. Basically, it takes the form of "A produces B" and "A produces B", and the existence of A is indispensable for B to occur.

i.e. The inevitability, my being is the generated DNA of Tazuko (mother) and Masato (father) in time and space (dynamic of emotion). (An independent existence (being) was/is generated.) So, I tell children about the birth, how I learned about the birth from my family, it was today's molecular biology. I don't tell about blood relations, it is not scientific. My family did not tell a "lie" that the stork has brought me. (Issue of Romanticism, people call it fancy or fantasy)

For me, "to generatewas a wonder and mysterious. The production of a being (life) under the control of the scientist is an arrogant act, not the research. Legal permission is required to produce. Creativity is not the act of producing. Art is for everyone, but it does not mean to allow to imitate for everyone, not due to the copyright, but rather due to the law of the production. For example, if you will produce an artwork similar to my artwork B.O.D.Y. in my context of which refers to "Critique of Pure Reason", it required for 10 years long, but it is not sure, whether you will be allowed.  Photographs, rather than paintings, are about the "transfer" of the object(s), that is (...). That is my passion for photographing more than painting.

In the culture, I think that is in the language.

Generally, my mother's way is happiness in the context of ageing (My mother is a buddhist).–Sanctify in mind is "reassurance" that you are protected, which is called 'love' and 'mercy ' for a person by ageing.

-> In my view, the philosophy of the 20th century may not be able to cope with molecular biology because the progressivism of the time was too advanced without biological actuality and complicated. In the ethics of education today, that is based on the guideline of gender equality, so that there is no specific education outline of masculinity and femininity. Children are studying everything without division of boy and girl autonomically. The old generation in the Western culture had a clear separate education of masculinity and femininity from their childhood since they were born. Today, education is based on the ethics of gender equality. In the Buddhist culture, till puberty is an integrated idea traditionally, there is no baptism. Between traditional mentality and natural being, we humans in all disciplines have been dealing with the subject of "life" in each culture, and it will be reflected continuously.

It makes probably the capacity (in the brain, way of thinking), which is opposition towards the automatically defiant (as a character), is a way of thinking profoundly.

* "Critique of Pure Reason" is an open account, today is after post-Kantian. I call it the after 3rd generation, far from German idealism. By the logic of "Critique of Pure Reason", the reader (such as AI) can understand what the writer (author) knows or/and not know (Not imitated comprehension-ability is required), so I understand the AI analysis, and the AI will search the potentiality of the writer's (author's). Even comics and satire can be intellectual art, thereby art style (looks) is not important. There is no model and category that this is intellectual art.

"Critique of Pure Reason" is important in German culture,it is quasi against pre-text (Ausrede). Within the non-human society in the digital age after the corona pandemic, it will be important more and more in Germany. Otherwise, one cannot appeal the contradiction to AI.

A very short comment to the paper Kant on the Aesthetic Ideas of Beautiful Nature by Avivi Reiter (British Jounarl of Aesthetics, Vol. 61, Number 4, Oxford: OUP, 2021):

After the corona-pandemic, it might be clarified, that we can not express "nature of beauty" commonly.

Reiter mentions "I will argue that, in this passage, Kant states that there are two types of ideas–namely, aesthetic ideas eypressed in beautiful art and aesthetic ideas expressed by beautiful nature."

Kant is a philosopher, he did not know the existence of the notion of quantum yet. From This point of view, I mention Kant's thesis in German idealism from a critical aspect, however, I respect his method from the critical aspect, that was an ontological way towards ontological error. Namely, it is "my" being naturally and its existence autonomically. It might be possible to explore in the context of plurality, one is from the aspect of molecular biology, such as 'existence' in the environment.

(I think that the paragraph in his thesis has the connection with the propositions and he could read them in Latin. It means that he worked on and explored 'humanity'. In Germany, Kant is important for exploring 'humanity' in the context of contemporary law.)

-> To overcome the nihilist conviction that Being can become nothing, Severino understands Being as the totality of differences. All manifest determinations, i.e. all that 'is' (every idea, feeling, object, person, etc.), is Being; and if it is Being, then it must exist by necessity, i.e. it is eternal.

https://marxandphilosophy.org.uk/reviews/18973_the-essence-of-nihilism-by-emanuele-severino-reviewed-by-dalton-winfree/

"How does one write a review for a book such as The Essence of Nihilism? Within the author’s home country of Italy, the book is considered a philosophical classic, akin to Hegel’s Phenomenology of the Spirit or Heidegger’s Being and Time; and like these works, The Essence of Nihilism will be studied by generations of philosophers. Within it lies a uniquely original and compelling philosophical discourse, and because of this, it can receive high recommendation. Emanuele Severino is a philosopher par excellence who stands alongside the brightest philosophical minds. Yet attempting to read The Essence of Nihilism without familiarity with classical/Pre-Socratic philosophy or ontology, will undoubtedly result in a struggle, and as such a little preliminary research is highly encouraged."

-> In our contemporary society, we don't need to worry about madness. There is prevention of illness by the health care, you can examine your brain before you'll fall madness. So, you can claim to other in your milieu. For example, in the case of mobbing at the school, also we can talk to the heath care centre in the relation with the medical docotor. Because your/my/our child starts to claim his/her health condition as well as mental condition.

The old generations, they hate to exam own brain generally, and to go to the medical doctor. It is the same case of my mother, and they have the god in thier mind and the god helps (I say in this case, "the god shows the light for being.). So, they don't fall madness.

On Madness in Severino's philosophical thought is probably an openness in philosophy and ethics, because we can never determine what "madness" in human-being is. As an act of extreme case in society, it is in terms of criminality. Another determination is in the context of medicine, will never describe as "madness" like in philosophy, because of the diagnosis of the medical examination. The diagnostic is a complex study, as well as an empirical and a case study, which procedure of study does not explore through and in the context of the judgement. The judgement is for the treatment or/and solution of disease.

Madness is rather rhetoric in philosophy. Historically, it was through the infection or other physical and/or psychological causality from the internal and/or outer world.

We have produced the documentary, interviews, posters, post-card, logos, artistic intervention and performances for social advertising.

The mother of my German boyfriend came to the presentation (Rundgang) at UdK Berlin, and she looked at my video clip in the screening with my boyfriend (her son), she was shocked (whether it is an art or not.). But in the context of my family, it was a (high) quality artwork. I have never been criticized like my German boyfriend from my family what I create the artwork as well as for study. My boyfriend told me that his grandmother was a German Nazi. His mother had problems with her mother, and my boyfriend described that his grandmother was racist and strict.

Artistic intervention is for representing the artwork out of the exhibition space or theatre space, its aim is for the cultural evolution. If you play just a piece on the street, it does not mean as an artistic intervention, because of an act through the art. It must be transformed into something "x". I call it "semi-formalism" in the context of art. In postmodernism, it was happened in the context of phenomenology for overcoming the limitation of the metaphysic ontologically. It requires to relate with the new knowledge.

This practical exploring Model x is based on Wittgenstein's method, which is his philosophy “Tractatus logico-philosophicus" and also in design, that I mention spatial semiotics and semantics in the environment, which is nonsense, but generally, it would be mentioned as sophisticated. I took the video material from my achievement on the topics of the environment and spatiality between 2015 and 2021. Thereby I don't work on keywords, and also I don't coordinate the video material morphologically.

Which idea of model A, B, C, and also D and E referred to on creativity in communication - intermediation of the language-based Artistic research. Model A is based on a transdisciplinary perspective, and B and C consists of individual semiotics as the multi-modularly semantics. Thereby the conjunction was the leitmotiv in this sentence. A research question was If the art won' be appreciable anymore (without formalism, without frame), how do we relate to the artwork? One is playing, such as cognitive training, as interactive communication, it calls "reading". But as a sense and in a sense, I could not share them, for me, there was nothing something new. Probably for others, to use the words and sentence "fuck you" in the situation, it might be possible to make sense and open the eyes. Thus, I would like to explore the notion of slang and its autonomy, in which terms of empirical aesthetics. I believe that any creations are based on the language sense in mind, as well as through the computer programming language. For example, "Fuck you!" is not slang, but rather attitude through the language. That (Attitude in a visual semantics as an artwork) was called "performative" with Nam June Paik, among many others in the visual arts. In contemporary art, after Nam June Paik, there are Ai Weiwei and Katharina Grosse (Both are contemporary artists and media artists. As if they are represented as Fine artists, that is their attitude and provocation between tradition and modernity.) among many others. – Semiotic in a visual expression, that is as a performative act, it was called a type of artistic intervention, i.e. Joseph Beuys in the 20th century. -> Indroduction "Silence surrounds us, silence around us" - X

They were university professors and natural scientists (Dr. in natural science), this picture was together with their colleagues at the Royal Society of Photography in the UK.

She was an activist of the association of the A-bomb survivor, they were against nuclear weapons. (The Nuclear Weapons Ban Ordinance, they would please, as they said to me about that until her/his death.)

I don't think cultural films and art can be (don't be) a testimony of history, nor can (don't be) big data be a testimony of history.

From my experience in Hiroshima father 1945, I can imagine the last 20 years in Afghanistan, what the USA and NATO have built (a kind of the bridge) and researched there, especially educated.

The American law was/is against racism. It was the general public in the United States who was discriminatory about the atomic bomb. August 6th was a celebration for them at the mental level. But that is the war.

A good friend, he is a German, was born in the early 1970s and grow up in West Berlin. In the 1970s, he went to the supermarket for shopping, had to cross the French Soldiers Legion on the street, they were against the East Berlin-Sector, because of the war. The military occupation was ongoing until 1989 in West Berlin. I have 30 years of historical distance from the same Generation in Germany.

Tractatus logico-philosophicus or art in the media theory, in the digital age?

In today's art epistemologically, there is no attitude 'This is ...' that a depiction of an apple was never 'This is an apple', rather rhetorical. Probably, it has never happened an event 'This is....'  in the art.
Since René Magritte's, rhetorical depiction of 'an apple' was changed.

In contemporary art, through the articulation, 'N' is in this image, it is an articulation of subjects in this image.

It can be nature, narration, nativity, negativity, naivety, and more or totally different–N

Today "I like." is ok as a reaction, because we don't need to hate anything and we don't have to deal with the subject at the psychological level, but rather explore analytically. “Like” is the right answer for everyone. Also, in this context of your/my reaction, we can argue on the subject as resoponse. But please don't forget "Like" does not mean as the "agreement".

References of art work is still in the works, because my research phase is still in Danto's context. My research is not in the context of performing arts for the stage art, but rather on "performativity" in the context of performance art, which is on "creativity"  in terms of Wittgenstein's, as well as in study of music.

Nechvatal  sporcken in his interviews, that his sound work had the relation with DADA, but it is not enough. He studied Philosophy, and he is doctor, but he don't write the thesis on his synthesis by AI in the 1980s. He want to keep his's as "x", and I am solving his "x". This "x" is my interest more than in current by AI. "x" can be a synthesis. This is the gap between his thesis and current general meaning on noise. Today's noise is rather as a sign for creating a symbol, but it is not "x" for us, is a common code for the communication, and we are making the group with the relationship collectivity. That is called a contemporary culture in the digital age.

Thereby "x" is not the symbol and not god, but rather it is "something" in nature, as well as in human nature.

DADA in this context of culture is today's catagory in Western art and culture. As a fashion, poeple copy it in own context, but no one knows what it is. It does not make a sense, but rather it is a cultural symobl collectivity. And it would make a norm more than a sign (normativity), was not the aim of DADA, in particural, in the age of Human and Non-Human society.  It might be possible to work in the context of neo-colonialism through the technology.

So, my research is at a post-doc art academic level in terms of academic research in the 21st century.

The problem of automatic correction of an error in digital photography is an imitation of photographic expression of the medium of analogue photography, that people believe as a philosophical expression metaphysically. It made a new symbolism in the culture, which people believe in idealism. The problem is that it establishes idealism, as the metaphor, which can do everyone.

Thereby, I would like to back to the thesis of Cassirer.

This issue applies to the sound composition in sound art/music/audiovisual artwork also.

I teach the arts for everyone, not teaching what is good or bad, but teaching the principles of art with the guidelines of current academic knowledge. (that is my responsibility as an artist always.)

I am keeping my research guideline which is based on artistic research which is a common in the artistic reserach society internationally.

Benjamin had mentioned the painter Van Gogh (1853 – 1890)'s painting as aura. He painted the phenomenon of natural energy in the environment. (A representation of his affection through the phenomenon of natural energy in the environment on the canvas. I didn't draw a graph of quantum or aura. Benjamin had looked at it in his painting, and he mentioned there is "aura" in his painting, was unfinished his account.)

In the literature

This Photo series is for exploring the issue of symbolism in attention theory which refers to Wohllheim's account.

In this image, "N" what I draw on my hand, is an articulation in the context of semiotics. Articulation itself does not give any meaning to us. If you interpret "N" as Nazi, Nationalism, Nature, Night in this image, that gives no meaning. -> Community

Thereby "symbolism" is a rather brilliant diamond, and why it is?

The design of the brilliant cut diamond is rather a symbolism more than N. And the background of this image is a muster of my bed cover, which I bought in IKEA (my "private sphere", I transformed it into an objective view.).
My question is thereby, towards capitalism between tradition and modernity, changing of value and materiality, culture and capitalism, globality and colonialism, and Western and Non-Western culture. Mostly diamond was used as a material for the technology in modernism, was between symbolism in tradition and technology in modernism, and it is in the context of capitalism. However, in today's technology, we humans reached the imitation of nature. What does mean the material of minerals such as gold, silver, and diamond for us humans in our society in which part of capitalism in the post-material age?
So, this photo series is still ongoing in my artistic research on the issue of symbolism, and it's a good and bad decision through the two-dimensional image. That is the same in the painting, on the two-dimensional image, we cannot judge the material. If you'll sell your ring, that is another question of the materiality of "your object".

That is a philosophical exploration of the social critical theory towards "democratic decision and individual opinion on social media", is it the truth?

– Practical exploring a new economical mode through art from the aspect of critical theory such as queer theory.

I never streamed my artworks of artistic research on social media. I am not a "Selfie", I am a professional artist, and my occupation is an independent artist and artistic researcher. Also, I do not reflect the social and cultural phenomenon. I exlore art and philosophy. Quantum mechanics arose gradually from theories to explain observations which could not be reconciled with classical physics, such as Max Planck's solution in 1900 to the black-body radiation problem, and the correspondence between energy and frequency in Albert Einstein's 1905 paper which explained the photoelectric effect. These early attempts to understand microscopic phenomena, now known as the "old quantum theory", led to the full development of quantum mechanics in the mid-1920s by Niels Bohr, Erwin Schrödinger, Werner Heisenberg, Max Born and others.

-> Today's issue in contemporary art is 'art not "creative",.' but rather attitude or decorative on the surface includings the game, but its attempt is more the psychological effect. For that, language has an important role.

"Creativity" is one of the important subjects to explore in contemporary art.

I explore "Nonsense art" towards symbolism, is in philosophy that is in terms of “nonexistent object”.

1. The Concept of a Nonexistent Object

The concept of a “nonexistent object” has an air of paradox about it, at least for those philosophers whose thinking is rooted in the Humean tradition. For Hume suggested that to think of an object is always and necessarily to think of an existent object, or to put it differently, that to think of an object and to think of the same object as existing are just one and the same thing. Immanuel Kant took up Hume’s idea and claimed that existence is not a “real predicate”, a claim that is often interpreted as an anticipation of Gottlob Frege’s famous doctrine that existence is not a predicate of individuals. (See Hume 2000, Book 1, Part 2, Sect. 6; Kant 2003, B 627; Frege 1966, pp. 37f.) Kant’s motivation for rejecting the view that existence is a “real predicate” was the so-called “ontological proof” of God’s existence, which says, roughly, that God’s perfection entails God’s existence, since a being that would have all of God’s perfections except existence (i.e., omniscience, omnipotence, benevolence) would be less perfect than a being with the same perfections plus existence. For centuries, philosophers have felt that there is something wrong with this proof, but Kant was the first one who was able to point out a possible error: he argued that the mistake of the “ontological argument” lies in the treatment of existence as a “real predicate”.

A starting point of exploration in ethics for Green x (in winter 2022–)

This video is for a study (for the future SAR conference on artistic research) in ethics at the level of PhD in contemporary art and contemporary fine arts, and a starting point generally, in which context of Human and Non-Human society from the aspect of transdisciplinary and cross-disciplinary. Thereby I explore the research method.

-> An American researcher in aesthetics, mentioned in his presentation about the music playback through the headphone, its phenomenon is "Aura". That is academically "wrong", and is the same with using the word (term) in commercials. e.g. feeling, falling in love, romantic, etc. Research in aesthetics and researcher's "jokes, in German it calls "quatsch". But I call this academic phenomenon is soft fascism, because the discipline of art and humanity does not accept the argument from the philosophy of science absolutely, and the discipline of art and humanity has the initiative in the ethics mainly, I question for the role of Heidegger's and its normative in this context.

It is not the energy that things emit, if so then that item should not be sold. It is dangerous for the human body, that is the artificial energy, for which purpose it might be possible to use the weapon and the torture. We must examine it for the automatization of emotional affection (feeling) and the emotional effect of the automatization, and to be legalised it (regulation). This term cannot easy to use as an adjective in every case. i.e. Heidegger's transcendence in terms of high technology. The researcher might be possible to use this unfinished account of Benjamin "aura" for a performer, but it requires to judge the situation, e.g. What was a pereformance by a performer?

Silence in the sentence: I read silence in a sentence by writing. Mostly, I read silence in others, its hidden voice, which is the “time-perception” of others in a space. It could be in the fragment of a memory, or somewhere, one loses the orientation through the environment, or through falling in love, or in a dream, or …, It is a mystery, but silence is a hidden voice. – I wrote these sentences which are in the context of my artistic research, that is the truth from my inner voice.

Joseph Nechvatal's very short review for the exhibition Cherry Blossoms1 by Damien Hirst at the Foundation Cartier pour l'art contemporain 261 in 2021 is started a citation of Duchamp.

“I wanted to distance myself from the physical aspect of painting . . . to adopt an intellectual stance with respect to every artist’s servitude to manual craft.”– Marcel Duchamp

Thereby Nechvatal expressed Hirist's Cherry Blossoms, "High examples of zombie representational kitsch may be the right way of describing these thirty puffy exercises in the repetitive dab. Regret would be the reasonable response." ironically.

Moreover, he provoked with the sentence: "As paintings, they are ham-fisted, conceptually pointless, brash in scale only, obstreperous, high- delusional bombast that lack invention, intelligence, and sensitivity. They make the case for those that say (wrongly) that painting is as dead as a door nail."

I explored Nechvatal's very short review towards the sentence "Bombastic hype is expected by this media superstar. Good work, is, alas, apparently out of the question. The paintings are into lerably pedantic. There is something corny, boring, and dull about Cherry Blossoms, because the paintings are too self-involved to even play the coy (and tired) game of fake-crushing the “high art/popular culture” divide. The work is simply low art by those standards. (I have an anathema for that postmodern Pablum, anyway.)".

In doing so, he replied to me with a sentence "I like yours (my suggestion in research context. I showed him the concept, which I explored. So, I received from him an agreement to research.) It might be possible to say it by an academician. It is up to the context of the research.)" with his Œuvre.
It is certain that in the second half of the 20th century, Western art " developed the advertising technique to exaggerate garbage (the fashionable art of trash and kitsch in the early 20th century) as if it were a lofty artist." To do so, trash and kitsch must define by clearing the culturally formed context and historical background, and we need to explore "avant-garde " in the arts continuously.
Our problem is that they have erased the definition of avant-garde art intentionally. Today we are losing the "words" to sing. They believe that is "transformative performativity" in the Western culture globally, even if in the 21st century.
Joseph Nechvatal is fed up the contemporary art at the level of their ironic provocation, that he must deal with them through his words.
Currently, I am writing to him, Nechvatal's, explore his.

Ramn Reichert claims in his paper "Selfie-Wars on Social Meida" (2021), In the tradition of actor-oriented sociology, I first understand self-thematization simply as the reflexive and communicative relationship of the subject to itself. Individuals can relate to and perceive themselves as another by being at a distance from themselves and, in this sense, when self-imaging occurs, the subject is able to have self-awareness (Hahn 1987). However, in this process, what else transpires? What are the social conditions for self-reference? How do the practice, function and aesthetics of biographical self-reflection impact one’s personal relationships? My interest here is not only to determine the varieties of self-thematization in the social media system, but also to examine economic agents and cultural techniques of surveillance and transparency."

Another guideline in this context is Valie Export, who has developed the media theory in contemporary art. There was no academic degree education system at the art academy in central Europe, but it was changed through the media theory.

Damien Hirst's painting technique in his Cherry Blossom:

He squeezes the colour in the same way he squeezes the cream by hand, probably with silicone or latex.
That is his attitude towards tradition ironically. But it is just an idea, as an art, his work is not enough level of representation.

Today's our contemporary society, attitude is individual, we don't have the duty objectively such as good or bad. Damien Hirst can draw with his squeezing the colour by hand, but it is not enough knowledge.
We can read the text with any pose, the attitude of reading is not the subject in the art.

The issue of focusing on "attitude" in the art for the art education through art representation, that the bad attitude as art representation is that it's just the level of judgment and tolerance of being right, not creative.

This is the context of my argumentation "Today art makes a blind spot of the social issue." in capitalism, art as a democratic act.

This issue is the same with the painting “Open Casket” (2016) by Schutz by the Whitney Biennale in 2016 in terms of painting as a democratic attitude. Actually, Schutz did not draw anything on canvas.

Photography is an artistic medium in my artwork, which is self-taught. Thereby material is light in my photography, and in my sound composition is noise (sine wave). (In my case, as a teenager, through the arts, the study (learning) was progressed. So, art was/is an important friend of mine.)

There are theories and theses on artistic medium historically as well as philosophically, in this context, photography itself is not an "artistic medium".

I explore the Fluxus statement in theoretical exploring 2 from the aspect of the 21st century in which is the terms of Wittgenstein, in other words, it was originate from Duchamp. My research objective is the cultural evolution through DADA from the perspective of cognitive neuroscience and linguistics. -> Today's Avant-Garde

Current, I search in Wittgenstein's whether his idea has a relation to Hildegard von Bingen or similar context, I feel that "yes". If it is yes, that is a similar idea in the Takemitsu's generation includes John Cage (both weren in the context of Non-Western culture) and Wittgensetein's was in the context of the Western culture) for naturalization, their Avant-Garde world widely, especially on Transformation in words (-sense).

-> In general, confusions arise in using artistic medium when theorists and critics do not treat the concept as a critical one, but instead picture a medium as something that could be identified prior to and independently of any particular artistic uses to which it is put. In Art as Experience (1934), John Dewey attempts to combat this possibility for confusion by distinguishing between an artistic medium and raw material. When we identify some collection of matter prior to and independent of any particular artistic context, then we have identified some raw material, which may, it is true, be put to use for various artistic ends. But we cannot specify what artistic possibilities are available to artists by identifying and analyzing that material. Rather, when a given vehicle is taken up and explored within a particular artistic problematic or tradition, artists discover it as an artistic medium. It is thus through the work of artists that the artistic possibilities of an artistic medium can be discovered, and not by analyzing the material in isolation. In this sense artistic medium essentially is a critical concept. What is possible within a particular medium is discovered by artists as they attempt to explore a particular artistic problematic or inherit a particular artistic tradition. For this reason, what the medium of an art form is, as Theodor Adorno insists in Philosophy of New Music (1948), is a historical question. There is no fixed, ahistorical answer to the question, “What are the material conditions for painting, or music, or any particular art form?” (Artistic medium)

Nam June Paik (his colleagues in FLUXUS, art movement in the post-war) did not work on art in the context of the philosophy of art, but rather he is a pioneer in the media theory in the post-war critically, it means towards commercial media (magazine, etc) and mass media such as TV, as well as film.
Before the media theory in postmodernism was, Benjamin's age was towards radio-broadcasting, as well as film critically. i.e. How it would be use the education. Today, Ramn Reichert's (and his colleagues) research critically. Luciano Floridi's and his colleagues) research is the exploration of ethics (the philosophy of information) from the aspect of technology and innovation critically.

Nam June Paik was originally not from the study of fine arts, he studied at University of Tokyo in Japan. Ai Weiwei and Katharina Grosse are in the context of media art, but without technology. -> Changing of painting and sculpture in the art context in Germany.

The painting Cherry Blossom by Damien Hirst is a parody for the spirituality of "nothing" in the philosophical contemplation, such as  Mu/無 in Buddhist culture and nothingness in Christian culture. It is a joke by Damien Hirst, and a current fashion in contemporary art.– not ready-made, but rather "(by) Hand made". I don't think Damien Hirst is a conceptual artist, but rather he is a contemporary art and one of a king of trash art, so he is a famous artist in Germany. I worked never in the context of trash art, I haven't really any ideas about trash art. Joseph Nechvatal as an art critic has been writing often on art in terms of rhetoric in art. Rhetoric is one of the important studies in liberal arts, particularly, which relates to Anglo-American philosophy and Aesthetics. From this aspect, we can see the differences between American art and European art in Avant-Garde in the postwar. I think that without Rhetoric, conceptual art does not work. Maybe trash art wants to hack the 'art', but in which ways?

Both are conscious(ness) in neuroscience, so they are the same conscious in human brain actually. That is just the difference in thinking ways through the logic of language. For the arts, it makes the artistic characteristics individually and culturally, something what we are changing in formalism and transforming into another.

From the perspective of the different logics of the different languages

I touched from a depiction (painting) by NF about the background of his crazy yellow and it seems a crazy Wolf towards a review Cherry Blossoms by Joseph Nechvatal, however, what I addressed, is the same context. Although, the depiction in his review has a higher (resolution) level of seeing in current editions and questions for the future art world which refers to the digital age. (Conceptually, it shows modern commercial tricks ironically, but in a conventional way parodically*. Hirst is based on the Western classical sculpture towards the tradition in the contemporary art, which is the foundation of the classical archaeology of study in Abdruck technique. He is against it, but it is only in the context of the specific art world, and it does not refer to the current cultural dynamic. Thereby a question is, whether fashion makes really the wave of "Avant-Garde" in the digital age globally?)

My photography at NF's Atelier-Flat on "crazy yellow and it seems a crazy Wolf" is my contribution. NF's contribution with his depiction is probably we will able to see in the near future, within the future work with his Wife, which refers to the regional life and culture in Germany/Europe before 2020 (till in the 2010s).

Thereby my effort in my contribution was for the gaps between virtual reality and physical and mental reality, as well as the gaps between physical reality and mental reality in and through the arts.

Queer Sites in Global Contexts
Technologies, Spaces, and Otherness, Routledge, 2020

"Queer Sites in Global Contexts showcases a variety of cross-cultural perspectives that foreground the physical and online experiences of LGBTQ+ people living in the Caribbean, South and North America, the Middle East, Europe, and Asia.

The individual chapters—a collection of research-based texts by scholars around the world—provide twelve compelling case studies: queer sites that include buildings, digital networks, natural landscapes, urban spaces, and non-normative bodies. By prioritizing divergent histories and practices of queer life in geographies that are often othered by dominant queer studies in the West—female sex workers, people of color, indigenous populations, Latinx communities, trans identities, migrants—the book constructs thoroughly situated, nuanced discussions on queerness through a variety of research methods.

The book presents tangible examples of empirical research and practice-based work in the fields of queer and gender studies; geography, architectural, and urban theory; and media and digital culture. Responding to the critical absence surrounding experiences of non-White queer folk in Western academia, Queer Sites in Global Contexts acts as a timely resource for scholars, activists, and thinkers interested in queer placemaking practices—both spatial and digital—of diverse cultures."

Intuition
Philosophy of mathematics and logic

Intuitionism is a position advanced by Luitzen Egbertus Jan Brouwer in philosophy of mathematics derived from Kant's claim that all mathematical knowledge is knowledge of the pure forms of the intuition—that is, intuition that is not empirical.

Immanuel Kant

Immanuel Kant’s notion of "intuition" differs considerably from the Cartesian notion, and consists of the basic sensory information provided by the cognitive faculty of sensibility (equivalent to what might loosely be called perception). Kant held that our mind casts all of our external intuitions in the form of space, and all of our internal intuitions (memory, thought) in the form of time.[39]

Abstract

Research on the ethics of algorithms has grown substantially over the past decade. Alongside the exponential development and application of machine learning algorithms, new ethical problems and solutions relating to their ubiquitous use in soci-ety have been proposed. This article builds on a review of the ethics of algorithms published in 2016 (Mittelstadt et al. Big Data Soc 3(2), 2016). The goals are to contribute to the debate on the identification and analysis of the ethical implications of algorithms, to provide an updated analysis of epistemic and normative concerns, and to offer actionable guidance for the governance of the design, development and deployment of algorithms.

-> If we live in their environment, like their designed soundscape from the sound recording, our sense will change, but maybe in a profound way. It was the time of Dogen's (道元) and Ryoukan's (良寛) age, what was affected Cage's sense through the literary sense (language sense) in his musical language. In doing so, Cage's sense affected the Brazilian's collective of sound studies. It is very nice, and what Cage wished, it was the "articulation" in the culture.

At the artistic research level, it is for my art project, I draw with my own (individual) language as an artistic communicational mode between Western and Non-Western languages (current my research is additionally between Human and Non-Human languages how makes it in sense interactive. I mention thereby that AI has been learning interactive with Humans.) in the arts like a painting or a sculpture, finally, the outcome is, that will be an installation, which is possible for the translation by each language. If I respond to this type of contemporary art with attitude in the context of freedom of expression, it is by the manufacturers (ready-made), and I respond in the art, then through the type of contemporary art by the act. However, that is not important to respond, it makes just us a blind spot on the social issue in capitalism. Duchamp's ready-made itself in the context of today's art does not apply as "x" in terms of the contemporary on "humanity" in humanities and arts. If I will make a ready-made by BIBS Boheme Blossom conceptually, it does not apply as "x" in terms of the contemporary on "humanity" in humanities and arts. For this reason, why "art" is later than actual or out of in contemporary society.

There were two totally different ways of simplicity in modernism (changing from tradition to modern):

One was naturalization includes dynamic and random. -> Avant-Garde in aesthetics and ethics

And another one was the rationalization. politically, it was totalism. -> German Idealism and its transcendental.

In Wittgenstein, it is propositions in Latin.

-> simplex sigillum veri -> simplicity is the sign of truth

It was for "naturalization", not rationalization.

Definitions of totalism. the principle of complete and unrestricted power in government. synonyms: absolutism, totalitarianism. type of: ideology, political orientation, political theory. an orientation that characterizes the thinking of a group or nation.

Today, there are no racial characteristics. For example, no one can express the characteristic of "German".

The question is for time perception and repetition objectivity and subjectivity.

Thereby objectivity is phenomenological, as well as by video editing (natural and/or intentional). And subjectivity is through desire and habit.

So, the wave is objective, and we recognise time and space through the movement of the wave. Thus, its reflection in any form of writing is a philosophical expression. How it will be expressed, it's up to a person (such as in which format). But the wave is not one object, the world consists of all elements and components, that are existing, even if we cannot see such as invisible substances and organisms.

"Abstraction" in Fine arts is the most important term in the European tradition, even though, which term has no meaning today, due to the categorization through the filter. That is a kind of belief in Western higher culture. In reference, I touch/ed on abstraction in the 21st century.

Aesthetic judgement won't explore through the category of the filters. However, I checked on the Website of Saatchi art, in their archive, which relates to mine, were not bad as an artwork. When I use the category of the filter, I research and explore the current terms in the arts. In the options of the AI system by Saatchi art, I think that it is not wrong, how I uploaded my artwork. Probably, the question is self-determination and its correction by AI, and also its influence on academic determination and common knowledge. – The gaps between human's and Non-humans'

Japanese minimalism and minimalism in English are not the same, because in Japanese there are no articles, as well as masculine, feminine and neutral articles. There is no classification Grammarly, and morphology are also unique. The classification grammar in the modern period (after the Meiji period from 1868) was through the position of "I" and "you", as well as "They" and "We" expressed the social classification. i.e. Honorifics, Humble language in formalism. Minimalism in English is, which was explored in the 1970s, a computer programming oriented new type of grammar in English, such as tree construction of syntax (diagram, Walter Benjamin had an interesting exploration of tree construction and mapping in Berlin which idea was based on stars, not trees. The stars are moveing, and its time, space and body (on randomness in terms of chinese mathematics, but in the European langauge (I had a workshop "The case for Reduction" yesterday)), and particularly for its "relativity".). (For that, minimalism in Japanese helps for the communication without hierarchy friendly, such as in Haiku (that is a letter for the communication). However, it might be similar to minimalism in English, probably it is required to explore grammatical invisible hierarchy, what it means as a language in contemporary society. I attended a workshop on these topics in the philosophy of language yesterday. I start to read papers today.) In Haiku, there is no nominative in its logic, due to the expression of "in-being".
The concept of the upper class and working class (Bourgeois and Proletarier in the context of communism) was defined in modernism that was the social class system in capitalism. Before the modern period, it was a caste system. -> Issue of between tradition and modernity, changing from caste system to national monopoly capitalism, it was all of the western (European, American) countries, as well as in France, after the French revolution. Napoléon Bonaparte (1769 – 1821) was Napoleon I the Emperor of the French from 1804 until 1814 and again in 1815 (democratic, but the national monopoly-military based monarchy, moreover, conquered the Republic of Venice).

According to Ryan Nefdt "Since languages can be infinite, the rules have to compless the possible patterns of an infinite set."

I am hereby replying to the review by Joseph Nechvatal, he communicates with the artists with whom I am never related, which is very new for me. For example, this artist Damien Hirst is not a conceptual artist. He is strategic with his art, but I had never been interested in his artwork and he works in the context of the classic craftsman and traditional art context. This is a reason, I have not much interest in the art world, especially the American, French and German dominant global artworld.

Daring an Invertebrate Perspective on Immunology: Taxonomic Bias, Multiple Realization, and Individuality

Sophie Veigl

Abstract:

In recent years, the philosophy of immunology has become a major area of interest within the philosophy of science. Philosophers of immunology cover a wide range of topics, including cancer biology, individuality, and symbiosis. While the philosophy of immunology aims at providing a philosophy of all immune systems, most, if not all current accounts focus on the particularities of mammalian immune systems. This can partly be explained by the epistemic and material conditions of philosophy of immunology’s target discipline – immunology – which to a large extent also prioritizes mammalian immune systems. The pragmatic reasons for this focus – most immunologists aim at understanding, treating, and curing human diseases – do however not automatically justify its epistemic consequences. In this talk, I will provide an alternative perspective, introducing an invertebrate immune system to challenge some preconceived notions about the immune system. I will question the conceptual distinction between biotic and abiotic triggers in immunology, the notion that only jawed vertebrates display a fully realized adaptive immune system, and the strong dichotomy between physiological and evolutionary individuality. I will conclude by summarizing how an “outsider-organism” perspective can help eliminate epistemic biases in immunology.

What is simplicity in logical notations? In nineteenth-century logic, the idea of a reduction of logical constants to their smallest possible number was important. Charles S. Peirce discovered around 1880 that all truth-functions of the propositional calculus are expressible by the joint denial operator (Peirce1880a), a discovery often attributed to Henry Sheffer. From the publication of Gott lob Frege’s Begriffsschrift(1879) to Sheffer’s rediscovery the idea of the reduction had stimulated considerable attention among logicians and philosophers.

My personal view is basically driving the philosophy of science. But I am not a progressive. My second line in artistic research is in science epistemologically*.

*It is the branch of philosophy that examines the nature of knowledge, its presuppositions and foundations, and its extent and validity.

-> Relationship between human early childhood intelligence development and oral sensory

"outsider-organism" is probably which organism does not live in the human body and such as virus, the unknown organism in biology, thereby I would like to mention the coexistence system in the body from the aspect of natural science.

There are three sensory systems that all receive input in the oral cavity or mouth:

  1. Tactile (touch) – Orally, the tactile sense receives input when anything touches the lips, tongue, gums, and cheek. The tongue in particular has a lot of tactile receptors to give feedback on the way something feels or it’s temperature.
  2. Proprioception (deep pressure) – The jaws can provide a ton of deep pressure input. Chewing and sucking gives lots of input to this sensory system.
  3. Taste – The tongue has tons of receptors that allow it to taste various flavors such as sweet, salty, sour, and spicy.                                  https://yourkidstable.com/oral-sensory-processing/

Reassurance, relief

An example of an epistemological response in everyday life:

A woman suffering from irregular menstruation (irregular menstruation is not diagnosed as a disease) is subject to blood tests and other tests for illnesses such as uterine cancer at the doctor's discretion at the hospital. But when it comes to life and the environment, she only knows herself. Measure and fill in body temperature, weight, blood pressure, and pulse at regular times every day. Then, make a note of the daily schedule and keep a diary, etc., and continue for more than half a year. That is epistemological awareness for milieu and own body in everyday life and privacy.

-> Thereby, my question is for "outsider-organism", how it would help eliminate epistemic biases in the research.

Maybe, it is similar to my artistic research method in error, not in the correctness, but rather in the paradox and/or contradiction and for solving the research problems. – practice-based artistic research in semiotics and semantics in which refers to transdisciplinary study.
Because this idea is based on my family who was the Dr. scientists in natural science, I have read their doctoral research and thesis. (in phenomenology and epistemology, their research procedure is for the long term but in the limited term. Thereby, what was most important, was the research method and technique.) Artistic research in the method of phenomenology and epistemology, it not a creation, but rather nonsense art and its communication, it might be possible to reflect in science and everyday life philosophically. Creativity in science is for the notion profoundly, not for the creation.

In biology, an organism is any organic, living system that functions as an individual entity. All organisms are composed of cells. Organisms are classified by taxonomy into groups such as multicellular animals, plants, and fungi; or unicellular microorganisms such as protists, bacteria, and archaea.

Epistemological artistic research, which artistic field will be required to research epistemologically, that is sound studies, image science, and so on. I am exploring from the perspective of both research fields. -> N.N - Zwischenliegend

-> Without content, but through the coordination of the morphologic filters (keyword) in the AI system, the price of the artwork would be higher, thereby a new notion is my digital photograph without category* (AI will start to learn with a new notion. But it must be a notion, otherwise, AI will ignore it and generalize. I think that is an idea of Brian Massumi's artistic research project and their archive in Canada internationally. AI's notion is very higher. Thereby it requires us artistic researchers for exploring the artistic research method. That, I am exploring also. If people used AI like social media, Big Data and AI would be like a human opinion's sewer. However, it is also "Humanity".), at the same time, I reduced the price of my artwork, but which artwork of mine is with the profound content, it means without any fashions of artistic -ism by the filters (keyword). I understood that the notion of economic deconstruction of higher and lower in the art world, such as no difference between Western and Non-Western artwork, Art Academic and Non-Art academic, and also no Gender, no Age, no Nationality difference. Nevertheless, what I am doing that is no effect on the artworks by other artists. I argue just toward marketing keyword systems as a kind of term of the art and its automatical coordination. That is like this, people who consume the artwork understand "this is surrealism, that is like a number of the art category.", it's like "Everything is surrealism today." – a problem of reductionism

*Digital photography is a new medium since the 21st century, there is no philosophy of digital photography yet, which is progressive. Here through AI analysis is in painting. It calls, photography is an informational "photograph", It might be possible for us a new notion. There is no this notion in the photography yet. With photoshop, it is CG in graphics. I call it "photo-graphic", which is illustrated.

The story consists of the cognition of individuals for their experiences, which is not a collection of individual opinions. My aim is for a soundtrack as a sound composition that is logical and unlogic of time, space and body through the individual cognitions in the languages.

Practical question is, for example, the collection of individual stories in social media, is it evidence of our society or democratic collective opinion? How does AI collect individual information and how does AI recognize morphologically? and how do we recognize and systematize those individual pieces of information?

Today, it is not decided that women will like men, men will like women, and men will marry women. Even if a man and a woman get married, the man may be in love with the man and divorced, or the woman may be in love with the woman and divorced. It has not been decided that men will like women, nor will women like men. Maybe one will love "you", be with "you", and they break up, to become one again.

Even if your son says he's going to get married, it's not certain that his partner is a woman. Even if your daughter gets married, it is not decided that her partner is a man. It is not decided that your parents are men and women. It could be a man and a man, or a woman and a woman. Nothing has been decided. Today, men and women can be friends. Men and men can be friends. And women and women can be friends.

Between Rhetoric and Nonsense in the arts:

Nonsense literature Alice's Adventures in Wonderland

Nonsense art, hereby I define that an artistic method which is based on the logic of natural facts through epistemological natural-scientific investigations, and which is transformed into literary logic in words. Thereby, the phenomenon that can occur is the gaps between Rhetoric and Nonsense in the arts, such as contradiction, paradox, not only at the logical level, maybe also at the emotional level and so forth. In doing so, at the epistemological level psychologically, one starts to deal with topics and recognise the nature, its dynamics in sense.

I will back to Wittgenstein's and Wilhelm's, I call it here, a transposition from one to another, its procedure and psychological gaps between body and mind. ->Today's Inhabit and Habit in the physical and virtual environment

In practical exploring, I deal with them and embody them in sound composition and notation. -> Architecture

Home: A Very Short Introduction

Michael Allen Fox

Very Short Introductions

Thoughts and feelings about home traditionally provided people of all cultures with a firm sense of where they belonged, and why. But with the world rapidly changing, many of our basic notions are becoming problematic. Both internationally and within countries, populations are constantly on the move, seeking better opportunities and living conditions, or an escape from violence and war. In spite of, or perhaps even because of these trends, ideas about home continue to shape the way people everywhere frame an understanding of their lives.

In this Very Short Introduction Michael Allen Fox considers the complex meaning of home and the essential importance of place to human psychology. Drawing on a wide array of international examples he discusses what dwelling is and the variety of dwellings. Fox also looks at the politics of the concept of 'home', homelessness, refugeeism and migration, and the future of home, and argues that home remains a central organizing concept in human life.

Selfie-Wars on Social Media

Ramn Reichert

Abstract: The image-related self-thematization using digital communication technologies is a central cultural pattern of postmodern society. Considering these assumptions, this paper raises the question of whether, and in what way, practices of identity construction are changing, as part of the development of new digital and interactive media. The continuous change in media, society and technology in present visual cultures has led to the perception that images should be seen as an essential contribution to the formation of society and subjectivity. Along these lines, this submission analyses selfies as formats of communication and clarifies media-specific aspects of online communication. In this context, the paper focuses on the recurring features of selfies on the level of conventions of visual aesthetics, semantic encodings, media dispositives and stereotypical structures of interaction. With this perspective, it is possible to acquire a more detailed understanding of this relationship once it becomes clear in which way the visual practice and the aesthetics of photographic self-representation collaborate with the networking culture of social media.

Who reflected for those questions in the artwork or through the art project, is such Ai Weiwei, among many others in contemporary art. But in this paper, Ramón Reichert changed our attention in his paper "Selfie-Wars on Social Media". According to Ramón Reichert, "My interest here is not only to determine the varieties of self-thematization in the social media system but also to examine economic agents and cultural techniques of surveillance and transparency.". I am claiming similar things and events, as I mention in a rhetorical expression, "The issue is not symbolism objectivity, but rather centralized capitalism and the value of symbolism of good or evil subjectivity. Thereby, symbolism makes a kind of blind spot, in which connection with the art world also exists in part of capitalism economically and globally, therefore, art could form a blind spot which role is not freedom of expression, but democratically.".

This is still in a drawing from the perspective of "Freedom of Expression" in the media theory towards commercial strategy and the economic war till 2021.

The question is on manipulation always, even if there was in painting since the renaissance.

From point of my research view in artistic research, it is the perspective and intention of the author, representational meaning (including the aim of the representation) between writing and drawing.

-> My suggestion is thereby the virtual space as a third space in-between the private sphere and the public sphere, but it is a new space and time for us. There are in-between filters. It requires many filters between the private sphere and the public sphere for protection – An awareness from the aspect of visual arts.

We need to explore a new awareness of the third space and its time perception. Actually, our range of activities on the database is very wide today.

The main language is English. If one has no business or academic knowledge of English, the work is stressful for her/him. Hence, logic becomes more important and there is a need for simple and friendly communication.

As knowledge (Kenntnis) in the arts, it requires writing the synopsis by the artist (by her/himself), not only designing the art object. For this reason, the synopsis based on an autobiographical perspective, which depends on how the topic is dealt with, is recognized.

In the UK, some researchers mention that artistic interventions or other artistic actions and their responses on social media are today's “avant-garde”. However, my perspective is different from theirs, so I deal with "Avant-garde" philosophically. Avant-garde is not a fashionable mode.
I sense what researchers cannot understand, which is a new fashion wave, they always call "avant-garde". Above all, Social media is the channel, that is today's underground art and culture scene. i.e. today's culture scene, depending on the situation they call it "Avant-garde", but that is "digital underground culture".

Towards "digital underground culture" on social media, in Germany, GEMA supported the establishment of the non-commercial digital platform of music distribution MusicHub for the member of GEMA, after the corona pandemic in 2020. From the test phase of MusicHub in the winter of 2020, I work with them as a member of GEMA but step by step. We must activate and update permanently, which is stressful. For that, for special administration and management, AI works today.

Until now (since 2020), it was legally impossible to control the handling of streamed data, but it is becoming possible. If one copies the protected text and writes it as own, one will find it through AI analysis. Therefore, the argument has to be formalized.

Raimón Richerd mention "cultural techniques of surveillance and transparency" is different from administration and management by AI. AI protects privacy, that is the law, and AI's position is not for the governance or institution and not for the individual person, is neutral on the guideline of the law. But, the authorities, their ideas are for cracking the contemporary law democratically, "The issue is not symbolism objectivity, but rather centralized capitalism and the value of symbolism of good or evil subjectivity. Thereby, symbolism makes a kind of blind spot, in which connection with the art world also exists in part of capitalism economically and globally, therefore, art could form a blind spot whose role is not freedom of expression, but democratically.", that I mention.

-> "The potential for algorithms to improve individual and social welfare comes with significant ethical risks (Floridi and Taddeo 2016). Algorithms are not ethically neutral. Consider, for example, how the outputs of translation and search engine algorithms are largely perceived as objective, yet frequently encode language in gendered ways (Larson 2017; Prates et al. 2019). Bias has also been reported in algorithmic advertisement, with opportunities for higher-paying jobs and jobs within the field of science and technology advertised to men more often than to women (Datta et al. 2015; Lambrecht and Tucker 2019). Likewise, prediction algorithms used to manage the health data of millions of patients in the United States exacerbate existing problems, with white patients given measurably better care than comparably similar, black patients (Obermeyer et al. 2019). While solutions to these issues are being discussed and designed, the number of algorithmic systems exhibiting ethical problems continues to grow.” ("The ethics of algorithms: key problems and solutions”, Andreas Tsamados; Nikita Aggarwal; Josh Cowls; Jessica Morley; Huw Roberts; Mariarosaria Taddeo; Luciano Floridi, AI & SOCIETY https://doi.org/10.1007/s00146-021-01154-8,

In 2021, what I thought on the topic of 'peace' in the world, and its balance:

"So, American new left knowledge was completely destroyed, which I understood, particularly, I understood through Joan Ruth Bader Ginsburg's. It showed us the right of the American president is absolute and has the decision of nuclear weapons and others in the US internationally. How it is different from the absolute right of North Korea? – That is the "war". From this aspect, the third world war was not a fantasy, was our reality till the end of the 20-years war. Till 2021, NATO and the red cross were on the site, but now, we must think about stopping wars and solving conflicts profoundly.

The problem of internal reform may be that the distortion of capitalism may make the domestic economy monopoly, such as corruption. The distortion of capitalism is the complex subject of time, space and body, and we cannot solve them, like the universe."

 ...

However, after 24th February 2022, the Russian military invasion of Ukraine, we would know about the conspiracy by Russian and communist-socialist countries around the world. "The problem of internal reform may be that the distortion of capitalism may make the domestic economy monopoly, such as corruption. The distortion of capitalism is the complex subject of time, space and body, and we cannot solve them like the universe."
It was by themselves. It showed the state's monopoly policy and undemocratic dictatorship.

"So, American new left knowledge was completely destroyed, which I understood, particularly, I understood through Joan Ruth Bader Ginsburg's case with (towards) the EX-US President D.T." (The questioning of the position and power of the president all over the world which has been selected by people, and its democratic society. What is 'democraty'? and ' freedom of speech? – the changing term 'speech'. That we can see in the conference of the UNO.) Is it capable of conversing with/by humans?

When humans abandon the ability to have the conversation:

American arrogance, "I have the (fight-) power, I am the politics," has gotten media power, especially with social media. (Establishment of democratic tastes that receive support through the social media), was not only in the USA, was provided all over the world.

For example:

Germany; a G7 member of the Western developed nations, has not changed the German Kanzler/in (Chancellor) for 12 years. That was never happened historically.

It was the American economy and its power, but it also equalized the Russian-led communist bloc through political corruption by politicians. Before and After the corona pandemic, it would be difficult more and more.

Also, if the president of the United States becomes a Republican again, it will be more and more complicated with two extreme poles of nationalism in the world.

How can we democratically respond to situations where we do not know what will happen at any time?

Let's study actuality

-> so I claim that "The issue is not symbolism objectivity, but rather centralized capitalism and the value of symbolism of good or evil subjectivity. Thereby, symbolism makes a kind of blind spot, in which connection with the art world also exists in part of capitalism economically and globally, therefore, art could form a blind spot which role is not freedom of expression, but democratically.".

I would like to raise the level of art and the aim, I would like to explore art at the level of the natural sciences in the 21st century, and it might be possible for us more relax to study and explore in art and culture.
