M/Outhor

There is a fear of the bad or ambiguous Mother. Is she going to kill you or grow you with that love of hers? Or are you afraid you will need to recuperate this self-less mother love at some point? How would one? Would she take it all back? And the father, the author, the signature placer, the namegiver brrr.

This character is a combination of M/Other and Author.

Fascinance is according to Bracha L. Ettinger, an aesthetic act, which functions in the prolongation of the duration. It requires a compassionate hospitality to function. It is somewhat opposite to a Lacan’s notion of the fascinum: “The evil eye is the fascinum, it is that which has the effect of arresting movement and, literally, of killing life.” Matrixical space (from matrice: womb), is a shared, border-linking space. It originates from the matrixial, feminine and pre-natal area. It is a resonance-chamber, where the becoming child expresses primary compassion and empathy towards becoming a mother, as well.

Look at your previously written story again. “looking can be about knowledge, demand, control… searching for something we want to find” … desiring to be seen. Try to take a compassionate position to the story? Look at it, and look at it, detaching from any reactions you’d have. Imagine the story you written loves you back, unconditionally. Spend time this way together. Only then edit it. Try different kinds of love: caring one, affectionate one, unconditional one, obsessive one, toxic one... No hurry, it becomes as you become.
